thinking about it now, with all the things i see happening, with all the things happening to me, with all the things happening to people around me, i realise that it was a truly really genuinely wonderful splendid fantabulous awesome thing that i came to know God. if i had never stepped into DI and experienced life in the Lord's presence, i really don't know what i'd be today.

if i had never met Christ, i would probably be gossipping in school like nobody's business. if i had never met Christ, i would probably be hating schoolmates, teachers, etc. like nobody's business. if i had never met Christ, i would probably be scolding vulgarities like nobody's business. if i had never met Christ, i would probably be steading with a guy that might not even be the one He made for me like nobody's business. if i had never met Christ, i would probably be resenting life like nobody's business. if i had never met Christ, i would probably never understand how terrible the above actions are.

but then, i did meet God. and right now, i'm really thankful for that.

it really hurts to see people acting all nice to each other, yet they're backstabbing one another in secret. it really hurts to see how innocent people get hated like mad for no good reason at all. everything seems to hurt without God in life. life really wouldn't be great without Jesus.

yes, some might hate me for my faith. some might stay away from me for my faith. but it doesn't matter. because if our God is with us, then what could stand against?
