the holidays are finally here, after one year! whoo!:D but then again, it's not really like a holiday anymore. can you believe it? the school spammed us with worksheets over the hols!D: and here i thought that i was going to enjoy two whole months of hw free days.:(

training on friday was pretty ok... eeks, U13 is coming really really really soon. hope nicole's ankle is really ok alr...:/ and i found out that there's only gonna be one dsa junior joining us. in other words, we have only 10 ppl for competition next year.:O but on the bright side, that means every single one of us will be in the main 12...^^"

anyways, ytd was the super awesome kite day!:D we gathered at wcrc at 3pm, and set off once everyone arrived:) the bus journey to west coast park was a pretty short one, but it was quite fun:D yupyup, so we reached there, had a little briefing, and started making our kites!:D we took alot longer than the given time, though.xD but it was really awesome. mine was a heart shape!:)

after we completed the kites, me and berniceee went out to the grass to try and fly it... but we failed.:( we wanted to try again, but it started raining, so we had to go back in and eat all the food instead.:P the food was super awesome!:D and amaris' chinchow was super popular... :D oh yeah, we sprang clarissa a birthday surprise!:D

there was supposed to be this competition where we had to pick out the 2 best designed kites according to the given theme, and the kite that could fly the best. and wan ting's kite won the best design!:D yay!:D and justin got the best flight award... heard that he finished the whole roll of string... how in the world did he do that?!?!=.="

but really, kite day was super awesome.^^ thanks to God!:D i feel like making yet another kite... kyaaa~
